In a true cup thriller, the Casuals eventually lived up to the high expectations to German teams in penalty shoot-outs. After 80 intense minutes without goals, the cup quarterfinal against Bangkok FC had to be decided through penalty shoo-outs. It appears that the renowned German coolness in penalties also helped the German All Stars. Or did it really? The goalie was Thai and three of the four shooters weren’t German either. Anyways, Matteo (Italy), Julian (Germany), Carl (England… yes, really) and finally Damian (the Nethelands) took responsibility and scored all 4 penalties
