The following report will be a short one. Not much to say. Started up with twelve players. Ended the tournament with seven. Dave and Yilmaz scored each one goal. We had to fish the ball outside our own net about twenty times. More or less. Nobody really counted. We made a surprisingly seventh and a half place from twelve teams. (That was because the last team had to give up because of a lack of players, so last game was canceled.) Don’t ask me which of the other five teams was even worse than us. No idea.
The reasons:
- Maybe too hot-a melting 38 degrees Celsius on the pitch.
- We were just too bad.
- Too fat and old
- too undisciplined
- no coach on the sideline to tell us what to do
